A.3.1 Solving 1-Step Inequalities

We solved 1-step inequalities.  The most important thing to remember is that if you are multiplying or dividing both sides of the inequality by a negative number you have to reverse the inequality sign.  Below is a link to today's PowerPoint lesson:

We continued taking our unit 2 test from yesterday.

Students took the unit 2 test on equations.  It took a little longer than anticipated, so students will get time tomorrow in class to finish it.

Accelerated Math

Due to schedule changes from the Iowa testing in the 5th and 7th grade we have been unable to have accelerated math at the end of the day.  So, students worked on accelerated math in class today.  The unit 2 test on equations is tomorrow.
